These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of UBQ App Lock (the "App") provided by UBQ Inc. ("UBQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

UBQ App Lock helps users manage access to selected apps and create focus routines. You are responsible for choosing settings that are appropriate for your device, family, and personal needs.

2. No account required

The App is designed to be used without creating a UBQ account. If a future version adds account-based features, additional terms may apply.

3. iOS permissions and system limits

Some features depend on Apple system permissions and iOS capabilities. The availability, behavior, or reliability of those features may vary by device, iOS version, user settings, and Apple platform changes.

4. Paid features and subscriptions

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payment will be charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Not an emergency or safety service

The App is a productivity and phone-use management tool. It is not designed for emergency, medical, security, law enforcement, or other safety-critical use.

7. Intellectual property

The App, website, design, text, logos, and related materials are owned by UBQ Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UBQ Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
